You can place an order by email at personalizedtouch01@gmail.com or in person by appointment only.
I do accept Cash, PayPal, Cash App and Zelle payments. I do require a 25.00 deposit for all orders over 50.00.
Shipping/Pickup Orders
All orders should be picked up within two days of being notified that your items are ready. If you place an order and would like it shipped, please allow 3 to 4 business days for delivery. The buyer covers all shipping charges. I ship most orders Priority Mail depending on the location. A travel fee charge of 15.00 is applied to all party table set-up over 8 miles of the zip code 60409.
Return Policy
Personalized items are non-returnable so please choose you’re name/wording carefully. Provide the color, text/phrase, occasion and what you would like on your item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I can re-do you another one free of charge.
